How to Order

What's X design?

X design means a chibi that is available on my fanmerch catalogue (NU:Carnival chibi stikers and Limbus pop standee chibi only), excluding ZZZ chibi

Can I do character X design with my preference OC/canon?

Yes you can, it will be charged as single character commission for Rp 200.000

Then, if I choose design X but I want to change its poses, will it still a single character commission?

No, it count as 2 characters since I need to redraw the certain X design

Can I choose both characters from X design?

No, I will limit the usage of X design for 1 character only

Can I request to switch places between characters?

Yes you can

Can I request other poses than the example's given?

Ofcourse you can, I will give you other samples of poses with my chibi style, but do mind there are poses that could reduce the size of character's acrylic this also applies to the shape of character such as twin tails hairstyle or horned/nekomimi

Can I custom the box design?

At the moment you cant, but you can request to change its color

The original price if both characters are customed/not included from my design are Rp 300.000

100% upfront payment or 50% downpayment if exceed IDR 300.000 via bank transfer (BCA) or GoPay

I am allowed to repost the commission work on my social media with watermark, unless client pay the NDA

I have the rights to decline a commission / projects that I don't want to do it

Please provide me details / reference such as: pose, character (character sheet), props (weapon/pet/familiar/background), expression, etc

You can request for revisions during the sketch and base coloring step (max 3 revisions), I will decline major revision on rendering progress except minor revision such as color grading

Estimated work 5 days depends on comission complexity and client's responses

Please inform me if you have specific deadlines and additional fees will be charged based on how short is the deadline

No refund, unless I am unable to finish the ongoing project midway due to personal issue (refund may vary, depends on the progress)

I will provide some rough alternatives base on reference and instruction given by client

After the sketch has been approved, client proceed on payment (full or 50% downpayment) then proceeding to lining progress

I will show you clean line art + base color and basic lighting, client may do revision (major/minor) in this stage

When the previous step was approved, I will proceed to rendering and finalizing the comission. Client cant request for major revision / add on, except color grading
